Personal context for the age of AI.

Fintella Labs works on how people are represented to AI.

As AI becomes infrastructure, we interact with apps and assistants across every domain of life. One central problem in personalized AI is representation: models are capable, agents act, memory persists, but a faithful, current, user-owned representation is missing. Today that representation doesn't exist, lives inside a single vendor's walls, or is whatever someone remembered to type, connect, or upload.

We work on building it from what people already do, not what they say. A behavioral context they own and route to any AI they use.

What we build

Products.

Since April 2025, Fintella Labs has been building the infrastructure for personal context in AI. Research, models, evaluation. The first products go out in 2026.

For people

Builds a Personal Context Capsule from your data, with your permission, and connects it to the AI you use. The Capsule belongs to you, not to the AI platform.

What we're working to understand.

A few open questions we're working on directly.

01
Behavioral signal vs stated preference in personalized AI

When a model predicts how someone will decide, what's the strongest signal? Self-described preferences, conversation history, or revealed behavior.

Primary
02
Financial transactions as a measurement instrument

What can be inferred from spending sequences, with what confidence, and where the limits are. Burst and settle rhythms, anchor detection, phase transitions, decision style.

Primary
03
Semantic compression with preserved predictive power

Extracting maximum behavioral signal while transmitting minimum raw data. Where the limits of compression sit, what gets lost in the structured layer, how to validate that abstraction preserves predictive power.

How we think about data

The representation belongs to you.

Useful data tends to be sensitive.

01
Processed, not handed over

Sensitive sources pass through our infrastructure and become structured behavioral context. The raw form isn't kept beyond what processing requires.

02
Structured layer travels, raw never does

When an AI receives the profile, it gets the structured form: routines, transitions, named anchors when they carry meaning. No dollar amounts. No raw transaction rows. Reconstruction risk is the live problem. The structured layer is built and evaluated against it, with adversarial testing as part of the release criteria.

03
Visible, revocable, portable

Every signal is visible to you before any AI sees it. Topics turn off per AI. The profile follows you across models, and disconnects at any source.

We believe everyone should move through AI services the way they move through the world: as a whole.
