We connect through Plaid, the same Open Banking protocol used by budgeting apps and many other services in the US. Read-only access. We never see your bank login, and we can't move money.
Only your behavioral profile. Routines, transitions, decision style. No amounts. No transaction rows.
Stored only while we need them to build and refresh your capsule. Kept separately from your profile, encrypted at rest, with separate key management.
AES-256 at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Keys managed separately from data and rotated regularly. We comply with CCPA. US users only for now.
We don't sell your data. We don't use it to train models, ours or anyone else's. It exists for one purpose: to power your AI.
You can pause streaming, delete your capsule, or disconnect accounts at any time from your Fintella account. You can also revoke bank access through your bank's app. When you delete your profile or revoke access, we remove your data.
