Payments are processed through third-party providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
By connecting financial accounts, you authorize Fintella and its connectivity partners to access your account data solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the authority to connect the accounts you link. Credentials are handled by connectivity providers and are not stored by Fintella. We do not guarantee continuous access to financial data due to dependencies on third-party systems.
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Fintella a limited license to use, process, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Fintella processes financial data only to generate derived insights and does not use such data for advertising, resale, or third-party monetization.
We may use anonymized and aggregated data that does not identify you for research and product improvement.
All software, content, algorithms, and materials are owned by Fintella Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINTELLA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $100. THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fintella Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. You waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in class actions.
You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of first use of the Service. Either party may bring claims in small claims court where permitted.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Subject to arbitration, any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to jurisdiction therein.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Fintella Inc. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
