Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Fintella Inc. ("we," "our," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and care.

Our Core Principles

1. We never sell your data. Your information is not a product. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for any purpose.

2. Your financial data is never used for advertising. We do not use your financial data for advertising, targeting, or profiling. We use limited analytics tools to understand website usage; these tools do not access your financial data.

3. No external monetization of your data. We make money only through the services you choose to purchase from us. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services for you.

4. Data minimization. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services.

5. Your control. You can delete your data and account at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your personal and financial information.

These principles are not marketing promises — they are fundamental to how Fintella operates.

1. Information We Collect
